Expedited Shipping Process

  1. Place your order as normal.
  2. Forward the order confirmation to seorders@dciusa.com with information on your expedited shipping requirements (Overnight, Early AM, 2nd Day Air, etc.). Be sure to include any other pertinent information if it was not included in the original order. You can also call our office at 314-925-4800 and ask for the DCI Online Shipping department.
  3. We will respond with an estimated quote for the additional shipping costs.
  4. We will email an additional invoice once we receive approval for the expedited shipping costs.
  5. Pay the invoice.
  6. Your package is shipped, most often the same day.
